We believe the single most important thing we can do to affect the quality of what we produce, is to invest the responsibility for quality with the person doing the job. For this to succeed we need highly skilled, well-motivated people. So, we are totally committed to training to ensure that our people have the knowledge, can apply it and thereby take control of the whole process.
